ESPRESSO MANÍTINI
Shake up your brunch with this nutty pick-me-up.
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz vodka 1 oz MANÍBALL
1 oz fresh brewed espresso or cold brew
1/2 oz heavy cream
1/4 oz simple syrup
Ice
Cinnamon (for garnish)
SHAKE: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour over the vodka, MANÍBALL, espresso, and simple syrup until the container becomes cold and frosty.
POUR: Strain the contents of the shaker into a martini glass and top with the foam.
GARNISH: Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top of the foam and serve.
