MANÍJILLO
Shake up your afternoon with this nutty pick-me-up.
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz MANÍBALL
2 oz fresh brewed espresso
Ice
Orange peel (for garnish)
SHAKE: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour over the MANÍBALL and espresso until the container becomes cold and frosty.
POUR: Fill a rocks glass with a large ice cube or fresh ice cubes. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass, and top with the foam.
GARNISH: Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink by twisting it, then place the peel on the rim of the glass.
