INGREDIENTS
2 oz Maniball Peanut Butter Tequila
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz orange liqueur
0.5 oz raspberry or strawberry liqueur (for the “jelly”)
0.25–0.5 oz simple syrup (optional, to taste)
SHAKE with ice and serve over fresh ice in a rocks glass, salted rim optional.
GARNISH with a lime wheel and a tiny spoonful of jam on the rim.
